These terms govern your use of Unposed (the “app”). By creating an account or generating photos, you agree to them.
Unposed turns selfies you provide into AI-generated images using third-party image models. Generated images are based on prompts curated by us and the reference photos you upload.
You sign in with your email via a one-time magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the app.
Generating photos costs credits. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits. Additional credits and subscriptions are sold through your app store and managed by RevenueCat. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law or your app store’s policies.
You keep ownership of the selfies you upload and the images you generate. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload, and that it depicts you or someone who has consented. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the generation service.
Do not upload photos of other people without consent, images of minors, or content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or violates someone’s rights. Do not attempt to misuse the AI to impersonate others or create deceptive content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI output is unpredictable and may contain errors or artifacts. Generated images are provided “as is”, without warranties. If a generation fails, the credits charged for it are returned to your balance automatically.
We may update the app and these terms. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
